All Levels Reformer: **(Beginner friendly classes: Tues, Wed & Thurs 9 am; Fri 9 & 11 am, and Sat 10 & 11am)
Reformer and tower class with attentive and encouraging guidance tailored to each unique group. Geared towards cultivating awareness around healthy alignment to build strength and increase mobility. Familiarity with equipment and prior experience strongly recommended.
Connected Movement Reformer:
A mini workshop every week. Take the time to work through chronic tension or immobility utilizing specialized release techniques. Clear your body from stress and malfunctions to and connect to your body's highest optimal movement. All levels welcome.
Mat/Tower Class: *Mat Provided
Mat work - the fundamentals of Pilates that will help start or deepen your practice. Flexibility, strength, mobility and alignment will all be addressed, and tower springs will be utilized. No prior pilates experience needed, all levels and abilities welcome.
Cardio/Intermediate Reformer:
Integrate creative cardio sets into your Pilates practice that improve muscle focus, core strengthening, and mind-body connection. Previous reformer experience strongly recommended. Jumpboard and/or circuit may be incorporated.
Intermediate/Advanced Reformer:
Are you ready to level up from "All Levels" and take on a little more challenge? More endurance, more layering and of course, more fun.
Advanced Reformer:
Challenge your Pilates practice with a strong work out building strength, stamina and agility. Prior Intermediate Reformer classes required.
