Beginner Reformer
New to pilates? Start here with attentive and encouraging guidance tailored to each unique group. Geared towards cultivating awareness around healthy alignment to build strength and increase mobility. Familiarity with equipment and prior experience not necessary.
All Levels Reformer:
Reformer and tower class with attentive and encouraging guidance tailored to each unique group. Geared towards cultivating awareness around healthy alignment to build strength and increase mobility. Familiarity with equipment and prior experience strongly recommended.
Beginner/Intermediate Reformer:
Take the time to work through chronic tension or immobility utilizing specialized release techniques. Clear your body from stress and malfunctions to and connect to your body's highest optimal movement.
Intermediate Reformer:
Integrate creative sets into your Pilates practice that improve muscle focus, core strengthening, and mind-body connection. Previous reformer experience strongly recommended. Jumpboard and/or circuit may be incorporated.
