Comprehensive Certification
Our certification program is curated to teach the classical foundations, yet has evolved to include contemporary exercises and approaches. We offer a Mat certification as well as a full equipment comprehensive 600 hour certification. In addition to the exercises, we explore the art of teaching, bio- mechanics, assessment and alignment, anatomy with clay, fascial release techniques, and special populations, which can also be taken independently from the certification. Our specialized program cultivates a dynamic education experience centered around each student finding their own voices. We hold space to encourage individuality and an open mind. We nurture every student through personalized mentoring and integrate the curriculum so that each individual grows into the best practitioner they can be. Ready to evolve?

Anatomy in Clay
Creative minds learn better with their hands. Our Anatomy workshop teaches how the muscular structure is attached and layered in 3-D. Using clay, we create muscle replicas and attach them to model skeletons. This hands on approach to the anatomical system allows a deeper understanding of how the body is structured from the inside out. Ready to get your hands dirty?
